York Pharma To Acquire Start-Up Molecular Skincare For About $9.1M

British pharmaceutical company York Pharma agreed to acquire Molecular SkinCare
Ltd., a Sheffield, U.K.-based developer of novel dermatology products for the
prevention and management of skin diseases, for about $9.1 million in stock.
