Troux Technologies Acquires Computas Technology; Raises $16M

Troux Technologies, a provider of business and technology management software,
has raised $16 million in funding and expanded into Europe with the acquisition
of Norwegian-based Computas Technology. Austin, Texas-based Troux, founded in
April 2001, previously raised $18.5 million.
