Specialty Pharma Firm Arginox Raises $25M In Series C

Arginox Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on
cardiology, oncology and autoimmune disease, has closed a $25 million Series C
financing. Proceeds will enable Arginox to complete a Phase III trial of its
lead drug candidate and expand its internal team. The Menlo Park, Calif.-based
company raised $8 million in its Series B financing in June 2004.
