Rackable Systems Files To Sell Up To $85M In Common Stock

Rackable Systems Inc., a provider of rack-mounted, high-density server and
storage systems, filed an initial public offering Friday to sell up to $85
million in common stock, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
