Pharmaceutical Consultant Accelovance Buys nTouch

Accelovance, a service provider to Western pharmaceutical and biotech firms
seeking to enter the Chinese market, said it purchased the assets of venture
capital-funded nTouch Research for an undisclosed amount of cash and equity.
Following the sale nTouch will become part of Accelovance.
