Nextreme Thermal Solutions Raises $8M In Series A

Nextreme Thermal Solutions, which develops thermoelectric materials and
devices, has secured $8 million in Series A financing. Nextreme, a spin-off of
nonprofit research organization RTI International, provides a thin-film
superlattice material made from a semiconductor alloy. The technology emerged
from RTI's work with the U.S. Department of Defense.
