GOOG is Over-Valued

Analyzing  this chart, it looks like GOOG (Google)  could drop down to around $172.   Even at this price, it's still way over-valued considering it's not a true multi-dimensional company yet.  Products such as gmail, groups, and froogle are still in Beta and frankly, un-original and unimpressive.
