Dont' buy GOOG shares, just wait and see.

This stock has short term risks:

* Lock-up expiration in February.  Some 177 million shares will be released into the market.
* Earnings.  Well, without guidence, it's russian roulette here.
* Top insiders continue to sell.  Frankly,  if I believed in my company, I would atleast a year after the IPO to sell, but in this case, they're all selling from the get go and have continued to relentlessly sell many more shares as if they're going out of style!
