Cavalier Telephone Buys Regional Carrier City Signal Communications

Cavalier Telephone, a telecommunications provider of local, long-distance,
Internet and data services in the Mid-Atlantic region, has completed the
acquisition of fellow regional communications provider City Signal
Communications. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
