Brightspark Completes First Close Of Brightspark Ventures II

Canadian venture firm Brightspark Capital Partners Inc. has completed the first
close of its new venture capital fund, Brightspark Ventures II L.P., with
initial commitments in excess of $50 million. The fund will invest in
early-stage software companies within the communications, infrastructure and
enterprise software markets, and will initially target investments in Ontario
and Quebec.
